January 2013...a cliche

Hello 2013!!!

The beginning of the new year I'm in a new town, got a transfer job wise  my manager was impressed with my work and so I have been given more responsibility and hours than at my previous job. I'm a lot more social in this town, making new friends, i feel a lot more comfortable here. 

After taking a couple of weeks off the gym, you know its Christmas time the last place you wanna be is sweating it up in the gym...I decided to step on the scales and see what the damage was. Turns out I've put on at least 5 pounds :-/ NOT GOOD! i'm gonna refocus my energy and get back on the road to fitness. 

This year is all about being Proactiv
I'm making small goals throughout the year, but also keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

My goals this month? 

- Lose the 5 pounds i put on
- get in touch with a driving instructor and book up some lessons

I've  decided to start a project I saw on Girls Guide To website ( http://girlsguideto.com/articles/how-to-be-the-best-you-in-2013 )   starting in January through out the year, on bits of paper you write down all the good things that have happened. Which can be anything, the article above explains, you put these bits of paper into a box and at the end of the year you open the box and read them all. Kinda like scrap-booking but in a box. 

My crafting interests are still very much active. Thinking of possibly turning them into a mini business, further research is needed though before I decide anything.
